Alliance- BNSF Railway donated $5000 to United Way of Western Nebraska serving Box Butte County in honor of Nebraska’s 150th Celebration. The donation kicks off the 2017-2018 campaign with an overall fundraising goal of $88,000 to benefit the community. The funds will be used to support United Way community impact initiatives and partner agencies. Box Butte County currently has eleven partner agencies that receive United Way funding. The next community impact initiative, Stuff the Bus, will be held July 26-August 4.
