United Way of Western Nebraska is partnering with 14 agencies in 2022-2023 that focus on health. All United Way partner agencies are selected through the funds distribution process. The Alliance First National Spartan Baseball provide a volunteer administered, recreational program for the youth of Alliance, in order to promote the sport of baseball, to provide an enjoyable recreational learning experience for all participants, to assist youth in maximizing their potential as both players and citizens, and to instill the ideals of sportsmanship, respectfulness, teamwork, loyalty, competition, and commitment. East Point Horspice
East Point Horspice is a therapeutic riding program open to all ages. In addition, this program also rescues and rehabilitates horses from abuse and neglect. Through education, care, rehabilitation and therapy, both the humans and horses lives are improved and enriched. United Way funds will be used for general operating expenses.
